Age Cutoff Date: May 1, 2026

Event Format: 3 game guarantee. 

Equipment Required for Participants:

• Completed Triple Crown roster with parent digital signatures.
• Team's insurance policy information entered into their team profile on the TCS website. 
• Copies of individual player's proof of age(birth certificates).
• TCS will provide game balls.
• All teams are encouraged to carry their own 1st Aid Kit with them throughout the event.

Pricing Information: A 5% processing fee is added to payments made online​
7 & 8's Kid Pitch - $650
9's - 10's - $750
11's & 12's - $775
13's & 14's - $795
15/16's Wood Bat - $825

Game Times Available: Wednesday prior to the event by 10pm.
