Age Cutoff Date: May 1, 2025

Event Format: 3 game guarantee. 1 man umpire crews Sat, 2 man crew for Sun playoffs

Equipment Required for Participants:

• Completed Triple Crown roster with parent digital signatures.
• Team's insurance policy information entered into their team profile on the TCS website. 
• Copies of individual player's proof of age(birth certificates).
• TCS will provide game balls.
• All teams are encouraged to carry their own 1st Aid Kit with them throughout the event.

Pricing Information: A 3.5% processing fee is added to payments made online​
8's Kid Pitch - $550
9's - 10's - $650
11's & 12's - $675
13's & 14's - $695
15/16's Wood Bat - $725

Game Times Available: Wednesday prior to the event by 10pm.
